At Orbito, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return it within this period.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- We will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
- Processing may take up to 10 business days

To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in good condition
- It must be returned in its original packaging

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
